I've been bugging them daily and not getting any decent answers. Here is my conversation with them;

I called DTC themselves and they verified that it is NOT on their chill list. I called ICPA investors relations and they also called DTC for me and they also verified that ICPA is NOT on the chill list.
Most your employees also did say that ICPA is not on the list. Can you forward me something from DTC saying that ICPA is on that list? At this point it seems like either there is a glitch that TDA is refusing to look into or some other reason TDA as a Market maker not allowing me to purchase shares and instead causing panic based on false information (DTC chill).

Not sure how much I can bug them but seems like I'm not getting anywhere
All my money is transferred to scottrade and I can start buying ICPA tomorrow. I also left couple thousands in TDA to see if I can buy anytime soon. I'm spamming their system trying to buy ICPA every 10 mins
