Great post! Regardless, TDA stating without merit that ICPA is on the chill list deserves serious attention by the SEC. We deserve an apology at minimum and a financial settlement/award is completely warranted. The negative impact on the ICPA PPS due to the DTC claim has been substantial. The only way to put an end to these games is to make sure that the cost of the game playing is less, MUCH LESS, than the reward.
