Re: LegalGirl #32933
Not sure how to reply to this. I really don't think my expectations were any different than most others that bought in after March 25th.2013. I thought originally within 6 months my investment would have doubled, then thought after an additional 6 months it should have doubled. Neither happened, instead in February, 11 months invested I was in the green and up about 25%. (I know I should have sold), but I really thought this was the beginning of the big run up the charts and we would be the MMJ leader (Especially with those 30+ Million in contracts, right). We didn't even break the previously high share price. Then everyone knows the story, spiral back down and down. I believed what management was presenting to shareholders in PR'S and a few conference calls. If those original contracts PR'd way back when were at all factual that would of given us a share price of at leat .35-.50 with the share structure at that time.
Then came the Crystal falls debacle, which was settled at the expense of shareholders by diluting the share structure and then all the other mis-steps or self inflicted wounds of not meeting self proclaimed deadlines (milestones). No Larry King, or other interviews that were mentioned, no forward split, no divy, silence became the norm, all filings filed on extensions and the last day, some late? IR guy aboard that touted his own horn. More shares entering into share structure. Find out shares were never issued to I-Equity (therefore does not have controlling interest of date), AVNE debacle, more silence, entire time share price being manipulated, obvious leak of updates to bashers/manipulators. Cannabee fiasco, more silence. ? months later announcement of merger between sister company and skto. Always troubled or confused over the medical greens/skto name.(Contracts were supposedly with Medical Greens Correct)? Simple pre paid or Janes card still not operational after more than 6 months after being announced. My account red and red. So maybe I expected to much to see my investment blossom within a reasonable amount of time from the things management publicly disclosed? When they went public they accepted the fudicary duty to their shareholders. That does not mean years from now, unless all those millions in contracts were BS and they expect that type of revenue in the future. If thats the case they lied to investors to entice them to invest on falsehoods. Which is illegal and criminal l'm pretty sure of. So highly disappointed, yes I am. Do I expect much in the near future? No. Many companies in established charted sectors do hundreds of millions of dollars of revenues and still fail or need to reorganize because they don't bring any value to their shareholders. Management is key, I really think we dropped the ball having ART as our CEO! JMO. Guilty by association, I've heard this my entire life and feel this is relevant in this situation. Benz might be the most stand up guy, but did he not just become a barrister? Does that not require alot of energy and time? Was that time not spent on SKTO/AEGY? Just asking, how do you build a law firm and a international one at that? How much time is he really able to be devote to SKTO? Q3 stated Allyn was only appointed on a limited time basis? Is that part time or temporary? So we have ARt whom when not selling real estate is playing CEO. Yes I guess maybe my expectations were way to high to expect immediate growth and prosperity on my investment! We have one Jewel (BBio) it's ashame they're work and accomplishments have been tarnished by managements inexperience IMO. Or at least not highlighted to the world as it should be! So I am glad I bring you humor! Happy Mother Day to All the Moms !!!!!
