TRTC Related Bankruptcy Procedures !!

Its to wondering if ownership or behind the scenes activity with Private
Secretary and the beginning of TRTC is honest and legal. It explains why
TRTC stock is in his wife's name. His total BK asset write off was $ 2,6
million. The BK was discharged on 11/02/2012. The case was closed on
01/31/2013. He claimed GrowOp shares with no value. Now of course they
are worth 50 million dollars as part of TRTC. Something does not add up.
They cannot put all the assets in her name to circumvent or hide from the
law in this situation !
Resulting Further Lawsuits Soon To Expect.
He and his wife also have a lawsuit connected to the Mazzuto Scheme
totaling $ 310,000 plus interest, fines, and punitive damages. In that case,
Peterson confronted wrong doing at IEAM, and instead of staying on the right
side, he took a payoff in stock, the lawsuit alleges. He only had $ 60,000 in
value. His wife had $ 250,000, even though she had nothing to do with IEAM.
