Pete Monroe has more than 40 years of experience as founder and CEO of two network marketing companies which generated more than $500 million in worldwide sales.
Prior to becoming involved in network marketing, Monroe held positions with the Department of Defense as well as other executive positions with several national and international companies. He received his degree in mathematics from University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Because of his track record of success, Monroe is a sought-after consultant and public speaker. And he has consulted with numerous start-up businesses throughout the world. He has helped to establish several businesses in Europe and Latin America. He continues to receive widespread recognition and has even had cities such as Atlanta, Georgia designate a Pete Monroe Day to recognize his efforts in business development.
Today, in addition to serving as Chairman of the Board, Monroe donates his time to numerous charities and ministries. Through his companies, he has given 500 scholarships and more than $1 million to organizations that benefit abused children.
Matt M. Monroe
President and Co-Founder
Matt Monroe has been involved in the network marketing industry for most of his life. He became involved in the family business following his graduation from college in 1993. Over the years he held several positions within the business, gaining a solid understanding of the operation.
A lifelong athlete, Matt co-founded Peoplesway with the dream of combining his passion for health and wellness with his love of network marketing. Building upon the fundamentals of his father's business, Peoplesway has used some of the same successful products from his family's business. Gene helped set the launch strategy for Peoplesway and played a key company strategy and played a key role in taking the company public. His expertise and experience in logistics have helped to establish a world-class distribution operation.
