Thanks for your response. I personally do not think that the SEC will delay the process, I think they will just immediately file it on EDGAR for the public, so hopefully the 10K will be filed in time for the Nov elections. I just have in the past, as a long term fundamental investor, have had to endure it all, every possible thing that could have gone wrong went wrong, etc, so I automatically assume the worst possible cases and scenarios when calculating for the future. Difficult to see the future is. So I agree with you that it would be nice "for a change" for things to work out for us longs. No one said long term investing was easy. Flipping and short term trading is not easy either, there are many strategies for investing but each has their own specific pros and cons. I had already planned to hold through Q1 and/or Q2 next year before even looking back at the story to re-evaluate and decide to either buy/hold/sell, so whenever the 10K comes out, its still a GREAT event for shareholders and I salute the CEO for his dedication and effort to quality, a characteristic not very many pink sheets CEOs have, I might add. I think shareholders are rock solid in RFMK right now and this company has a MAJOR chance to become a VERY successful enterprise!! Here's to the Nov elections and the New Year...
