No question that Mr. Bordynuik is going the tortoi

You might not have been here in April 2010 when Mr. Bordynuik announced that the only thing standing in the way of full profitable production was the air permit from the NYDEC. As time dragged on to months, investors felt it was better to go slow to make sure all the 'i's were dotted and the 't's crossed on the ten-page air permit application before submitting it to the NYDEC.
For some unexplained reason, it took eight months for Mr. Bordynuik to submit the permit application...and apparently Mr. Bordynuik crossed all the 'i's correctly because there were errors. Less than three weeks after receiving it, the NYDEC issued the permit anyway. Was 'slow' the way to go?
Every event takes a quarter or so. The latest is that Mr. Bordynuik was milking the startup of processor #3.
Years ago, Mr. Bordynuik announced that all that was needed, was to put plastic in a processor with his catalyst and start raking in profits...and he amazingly tortoised that out to five years and counting. And still there are only a few people who even suspect there is any problem.
