While we disagree with most of each others posts the following is a good point and food for thought. It reminds me of the childrens story of the
"Tortis and the Hare". Early on JBI was the Hare wanting to claim his bragging rights to the point of saying too much and getting flack for it. Now the company is the Tortis, still getting flack, but taking it slow and steady to get it right the first time. This change seems to be in the same time frame that Heddle started with the company.
