Narrow set of requirements needed or not, if a potential customer is landfilling a workable supply of plastic, JBI could certainly already have taken that supply off their hands while charging them what they saved in landfilling costs...and then JBI could have processed that same supply into the exact same fuel which could be produced at the customer site. That exact same fuel then could be sold for the exact same price.
