I would be careful of all those little birdies throwing numbers around.
Which little birdie told you those numbers? I always assumed that after JBI folded that Mr. Bordynuik's uncle, from whom the blending facility was originally purchased with shareholders' money, would simply have the blending site and tanker trucks returned to him free of charge...or maybe under some purchase agreement where he would owe JBI money but really never would have to pay it back.
