We certainly disagree. I would bet that the processors are still sitting idle and you would bet that Mr. Bordynuik is busy testing the processors for an interested customer.
As you noted, neither of us can prove our case. We can both see that the only party which absolutely knows what's happening with the processor is Mr. Bordynuik, and by extension JBI. Unfortunately Mr. Bordynuik stays quiet as a mouse when it comes to any important information which investors can use to make an investment decision. In the past he was clear that the the process made crude oil for under $10/bbl and he was clear that all that was needed for full production was the air permit. He either lied or he was mistaken, depending on the viewpoint, and these days he says nothing.
The solution would be for us to inquire...but as a skeptic my e-mails are catagorically ignored by Mr. Bordynuik and JBI. Unfortunately with JBI being uncooperative, all anyone can do is wait for something to develop. The problem there is that it's been five years and Mr. Bordynuik can't stick to any business plan in leveraging his pyrolysis process for profitability. Any change/delay combination is viewed as 'progress'.
