Accounting is an art, not a science. I don't know how they will spin up this masterpiece. Any receivables collected IMO are from the BBio products being sold on PJ and throughout California. Those sales are seperate from the initial contracts sold to the managed collectives. It's a different revenue stream entirely. If there is an increase in cash actually collected, it only represents the BBio sales channel.
I believe that the contracts that predate BBio are Well written vapor contracts or services that were as much pretend then as they are now. You and I can engage on a real contract and have a lawyer say the contract is real... That's just legal semantics though.
