Mayor and Burke prepared the unaudited financials; there was no mention of Benz's involvement in the fins within attorney Gregory Nanton's letter to OTCM. Despite recording $16m in net receivables, SKTO has plummeted. After over a year of various violations of faith, all with Mayor at the helm and Burke as consultant, the market obviously doesn't believe these people anymore. Why would they even bother filing anything but audited fins henceforth? To recapture any semblance of market confidence and faith, they must produce audited results, not to mention ungagging the T/A, or the market will continue to perceive that every blip up is just a selling opportunity.
