Very interesting. Great DD Hoot. I hope Baltia sees this. It begs to ask the question as to why Pulkovo would potentially be in talks with Delta & AA if they supposedly already know that BLTA is so near to providing this route and that Russia has already approved Baltia to fly there.....Very concerning article.....
