Pre-loaded and specific targeted advertising has already been recording your likes and preferences for days, weeks, months, years and knows (for example) that you are a male, age 35, suffer from eczema and have trouble sleeping. The moment you cross the entry in the dispensary, the targeted ads pop up on the television console and begin to suggest specific herbs, medicines and products to make your life a little easier. So while you sit in the lobby waiting, you come fully ready to discuss with the dispensary clerk about the products that you just saw." All this technology is readily available with commercial off the shelf technology...
