2014 Big for BGMT. HOT sector! Tech-based MJ Co. NET profit as per Sept 30, 2012 +146k rev, new secured contracts and sales for 2014. Strong leadership team. Additional investment from Angel investors, baseline fins reported, news expected this month, $$$$, etc.

PAST: As we know, a portion of this news is dated.

PRESENT: BGMT (RIGH) is closing in on currency (filings this past month) and we are expecting "expanded FINS" and 18+ mos of backdated news and what's around the corner. RIGH just received a BIG SHARK Angel investor that was granted "restricted shares" back in November. As we know, 95% of the O/S is locked (restricted) and "in friendly hands ("Mr. Tuzzolino," whom wants to see the company succeed, as well).
