Hemp Tech sells itself on the farm bill, IMO. Potential subsidies and/or biodiesel movement growth is a speculative bonus.
The numbers sell themselves, you just need the license. The license is all but a given, especially with Health Canada basically instructing Bill to build ASAP because they have the need...the need for weed!
