Given the popularity of the stock and the company

Given the popularity of the stock and the company and the price that that a market maker can acquire the shared for, it would seem like finding one wouldn't be too hard. The way I look at it, if these shares go back to being cheap, there is incentive to create a market for it. Then again I'm not too familiar with that process.
