That would be my question too... as I understand it, they have to find a MM to file a Form 211 on their behalf and once that is accepted they will be able to resume on the OTCBB and other MM's will be able to "PiggyBack" the original 211 filing.
If anyone knows differently, please correct me.
There also have been instances such as MDDD who were "magically" reinstated without this filing. (This probably isn't the best example, but it does show it can happen)
We're definitely coming into the 11th hour here and we all have to make our own decision to buy, sell or hold..... I wish you all luck with which ever decision you choose...I know it's going to be difficult no matter what for everyone.
