Wow...someone else is capable of critical thinking. Unfortunately, your post will probably be labeled as bashing and deleted too.
It's a non-issue, issue. It's about the future going forward and, at worst, sounds like it will require FITX into industrial tax rates while there is an appeal. Either way, it is an unresolved issue that some folks can't seem to understand.
