Thank you, yea I thought I was losing it. I even asked him, how do you propose doing ANYTHING without electricity? Who cares if it's zoned agricultural? What are we in medieval times?
The guys a moron. He didn't have a response. Guess he thought he was the only one who read through the by laws. I really do not see anything in that 227 page document saying electricity is prohibited. Here is his response to me.
