Feel free to re-read what you are actually saying, in two sentences you nearly contradict your thesis.

If Cheryl and the CEO ("they") are announcing corporate news in order to dump or somehow pump up the volume to make it easier for others to dump then why would RFMK ever go on a huge run? Alternatively, if there is a huge run coming on momo, then why would insiders be drumming up phony fluff press releases just to dump at low prices knowing the PPS could rise substantially in just a few weeks??! It does not make sense. Or as they say, it does not pass the smell test. My suggestion is to clear your nostrils and ..
SMELL THE TRUTH, or in this case, take a whiff at what you are shoveling.. it doesn't add up, IMO.
