today reported net income for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, of $5.32 million and $23.31 million, respectively. Net income available to common shareholders totaled $5.07 million, or $0.26 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Net income available to common shareholders totaled $22.29 million, or $1.11 per diluted common share, for the year ended December 31, 2013. Excluding nonrecurring income and expense items, core earnings for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, totaled $6.35 million and $24.80 million, respectively.
