AltaPacific Bancorp (OTCBB:ABNK), the parent company of AltaPacific Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an extension of the Company's share repurchase program for an additional $1.0 million of the Company's common stock through April 30, 2015. The Company's repurchase program was originally announced on May 4, 2012. Since that date, the Company has invested approximately $1,670,000 to repurchase and retire 215,309 shares of its common stock at an average price of $7.76 per share.

Under the terms of the agreement AltaPacific Bancorp will acquire Mission Oaks Bancorp for $0.30 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3.5 million.
