"The business plan has changed remember?"

How many times will you accept business plans changing as excuses for delays?? There were joint ventures, company placements and shipboard units as business plans in the past. Next might be Mr. Bordynuik 'focusing' on selling exclusive licenses for territories.

I wrote this about 2 1/2 years ago when I was trying to get someone to draw a line in the sand. That person went off to happily continue chasing the carrot around the calendar:

"Since I've been here, I've told people that there will be delays after delays and I've encouraged people to draw a line in the sand somewhere. Do you think Jan 1, 2013 is long enough? That's just over a year away. If so, draw a line there and if you don't see a fully operational processor at full output selling diesel (or whatever the fuel du jour is at that time) then think about what might be happening here. Don't simply accept that Mr. Bordynuik is changing business plans again for the better or that he's making more improvements on the process."

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
