I agree that there is a reason that information is purposely being withheld. You think it is dumb to withhold this information but I think it is smart. I think JBII management knows its shareholders are, after being under attack all these years, wise to ways of the enemy.
We both no doubt agree that until a processor sale is able to be announced things that could be shared would look pretty bleak. Why supply fodder that you know your enemy will use against you? The business plan has changed remember? JBII now looks to produce and sell processors and since the sale of one would in fact be a material event lets wait and keep the enemy in the dark not knowing that sale could be announced today for instance right after the close, or tomorrow, or next week. I suspect once announced filings will be brought current and BOD announcements will be made, etc. etc. etc..
I do remember years ago when TASR also was developing cutting edge technology its stock had also been brutally attacked. That stock ran from about .40 to about $300.00 with a couple of splits included as I recall. Wouldn't shock be a bit to see something similar happen here once things get rolling. Go JBII!!!
