During the "quiet periods" it's sometimes nice to

Here's an excerpt from a previous shareholder Q&A session:
4. You went through a period recently where there was no information being released. Why?
As a fully reporting public company, with very high standards, we must therefore be true to our
principles. In this most recent period, when the Q3 results were being finalized, we consciously
did not put out news during that ‘quiet period’ because we did not feel it was right to do so.
Instead, we put our attention to filing our 10Q and the subsequent amendment and in making
sure those were complete in every way. We prepared a press release for it which was filed
immediately before Thanksgiving, but because of the holidays, it did not hit the market until the
following Monday. It is our policy to continue to make public information about our
developments as they are available, but during these ‘quiet periods’, we will refrain from doing
so.
