From cardiac kid earlier today: "$EMJI UPDATE
I just talked to the CEO on the phone. They are working on pink current status right now he is with the accountant. They are trying to get the filing out by April 15th. The current SS is close that is listed on OTC markets but will be updated in the filing. I said what about a reverse split he said it's not even on the table. No RS in other words. He seemed up beat and enthusiastic. The attorney letter will be released then pink current. Also the last PR on the share reduction those shares are at the TA and going through the deletion process."
Last 15 minutes of trading should be interesting. News expected next week...
