I agree. I think long term it is better. Short term may effect ability of share buy-back, but what do I know.

I feel that this demonstrates to the market solid leadership. Either CEN perceived an impending issue with PHOT and therefore secured financing or as a matter of good business practices got back up financing. Either way demonstrated strong leadership. Plus this release again notifies the market of the private financing.....
