Yes there was an issue with growlife.. and this new investor came in.. but then FITX and Growlife got back together and extended their agreement..
so at that point they where on the same page.. and 25% was going to Growlife and 25% was going to this investor..
If this crap didnt happen to Growlife today... FITX would only own 50% of Cen Biotech..
and none of us knew about this... yes its a mute point now.. but this would of been bad for us... an extra 25% is a lot. its not something you should just brush off.
I just dont understand why he didnt make this public before.
