Zupe... It's the same % we were giving to PHOT, only we get no shares of PHOT. To me that kinda sucks in terms of $$$, but after today may not be such a bad thing... ALSO we do NOT have to pay $100,000,000...
Bill smelled something wrong and arranged a backup deal for the same % equity, abliet a much smaller buy-in... Let's see who the backer is...
