Treaty PROMISED to send out surveys by the end of the week. Well, the trading week ends tomorrow. Has any one received any survey or do investors chuck it up to another failed promise. Still, why wait till the end of the last trading day. Treaty, Treaty, Treaty. I think this company is a whoa! Are you laughing out loud?
