The land will not be zoned industrial. That's been explained before. There is nothing industrial about what CEN Biotech will be doing. They will only be growing and drying the plant on this land. The vault is for storage. Call it a barn if you want that happens to be less than 6000 sq ft.
I think what's happened is some of the towns people have looked at this enormous project and are wondering what the heck is going on. Clarity is all that is needed and it sounds like Bill is on that.
