Those that have been around this board know I am not a basher. So hopefully this post will not be deleted. I am heavily invested in FITX. But guys this is not a minor hiccup.
Let's say the town officials and Fitx work this out and decide upon industrial tax rate vs agricultural. Just the fact that there was a problem with process opens up the process to appeals to the provincial bodies.
This could delay the process quite a bit. The Ontario government is involved in a political scandal right now (and likely will not survive) and will be very sensitive to appearing to follow "due process".
I am concerned to say the least. Perhaps as investors we should discuss all possibilities and likelihood to impact PPS (short term, medium and long)
