I think that by May 20th is the absolute drop dead end period for longest information hold time available.
That would BOTH coincide with a 60 day period from the divy date (my est. of the max it would take to get trading for Regen), as well as the date the next 10Q's are due to be filed by both REGEN and BMSN (actually due on 5/15, but 5/20 with a 5 day extension).
With the filing of the 10Q's they will be forced to share the news whether they want to or not if they have not done so by then!!!! The 10Q filings will require ALL material events to be disclosed...period.
This is very different than them filing some 8k's between now and the May 20 drop dead date. The 8k's require material bad news to be put out within days of knowing it by the companies. (again they can sit on good news and avoid 8k filings for justification of business reasons, but material bad news never has justification for sitting).
So there you have it...more dot and time frame connecting....WE WILL KNOW DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING BY MAY 20TH AT THE VERY LATEST...BUT I THINK SOONER, BUT CANNOT PICK "A" DAY....EXCEPT TO SAY WHEN EVERYTHING IS READY!
