Just random speculation as to what may be going on

Just random speculation as to what may be going on behind the scenes right now.  I feel like if there are, in fact, new professionals being added to the team, as well as headway on IND approvals and milestones etc., then there must be a load of paper work piled up and SEC filings being completed (not yet submitted of course) to mark and accommodate these upcoming events.  Dare i say, this may be one of many reasons why time has not been put to a PR, as this takes a certain amount of political capital perhaps better spent now on crystalizing the company's structure during this time of, perhaps, its new active pipeline and potential billion dollar market valuation.  Just making pure speculation here during the wait.  have a good weekend all.
