I really liked this PR today for a couple of reaso

I've been working for a government agency for the last 7 years, and the operation is designed around maddening bureaucracy and committees, but they serve as critical centerpoints to the agency's mandate of maintaining transparent operations and reporting to the public (whose tax dollars fund the agency), as well as ensuring compliance to risk mitigation measures around internal operations. Every major step or decision passed through clear and controlled checkpoints - super structured, and SUPER boring, but super important to sucessful and safer operations. So I don't mind the boring stuff, and I'm happy to know it's a priority on Marty's list.
Also, in light of the announced delay to the audited financials, I think it's a bonus to hear some news so quickly from the company - and I would much prefer they release the boring stuff now, instead of the flare. Let's save the flare for post-financials, when it really counts and will really be needed to support the upward momentum required to get us out of this trench, and back to fair valuation.... And then beyond!
Looks like there are some huge things coming our way. Going to be a very exciting Spring, IMO.
