It's called infrastructure. Have you actually built a company from the ground up? I haven't but I read. A lot. Companies, especially the type of company that EWSI wants to grow into can be incredibly complex. Giving one person the power to do as they please can have horrible results especially if they make snap decisions without checks and balance. A committee helps to move prudently and effectively. You can be disappointed all you like, but hearing what EWSI is setting up in terms of committees is definitely a move in the right direction. He's trying to avoid any more errors as the company grows and becomes more and more complex. Having a committee oversee the issues in China may have helped EWSI avoid that issue with Malone. Think about it.
