Sorry but this statement you made is not true."First of all, fundamentally there is absolutely no difference between shorting and naked shorting. Both require a repurchase of shares at some point. Secondly, JBII is so cheap and the short interest is so low relative to the shares out there that it's virtually impossible for that to have any effect at all."
Abusive naked shorting is criminal, period. Many companies have been driven out of business as a result. The naked shorters ideal situation is driving the company into bankruptcy. Most small companies go public in order to be able to use shares to raise capital. When that shareprice is driven down due to the selling of non existent shares more shares have to be sold for less money. A lose lose situation for everyone but the naked shorter. Look at the shares sold today as an example. If JBII did not have lots of non existent shares in folks accounts as markers the shares sold today would have been far fewer and the price would be much higher than it presently is.
JBII is at war and has been with the criminal scumbags who are trying to bankrupt the company. and I love the fact that the enemy is being kept in the dark. I look forward to announcements which will cause those criminals to pay dearly for their sins. Go JBII!!!
