I hope they are getting  a permit for the shiploading station predicted by 2014 in their website  -if port is playing hardball that gives them ammunition to get such a permit

otherwise such a permit may be unpredictable and thus they may not want to say anything until they get it

IF port plans on allowing CWRN to ship port might oppose such a permit but port has to allow CWRN to ship within a reasonable time to oppose such

Have no info from the co but was Pres of a Corp for  c 10 years plus partner in another business in addition to legal experience so  I'm able to see the problem from both sides

another reason for not providing info until done deals is the propensity of competitors, 3rd parties, disgruntled ex employees and shorters to actively interfere if info is prematurely provided-I'm also very familiar with that problem since I also was a negotiator-you wouldnt believe the interference caused in such situations by parties w an axe to grind

so although they have a duty to keep us informed there are also many possible logical reasons why they havent-hopefully conclusion of TX case will start priming the info pump
