With a CWRN all in cost of maybe 45-50 CWRN should be fine as long as we get the stuff out the door
I've expressed possible reasons for holdup- but dont know the reason for sure- just using logic -other than typical attorney advice to ceos is dont PR until legal etc actions are resolved-TX case should be over ca apr 21-24
I used to push Bob really hard on getting financials out but he couldnt we now know due to Geos alleged withholding and commingling of millions noted in CWRN's CA suit against Geo
Bob couldnt even say anything because of an NDA- which I assumed existed- but we didnt even know due to the NDA that Geo was a JV partner
So I've certainly done my part also to get Brad to PR etc but we dont know the often logical though frustrating reasons for delay in info
