I do not know much about convertibles or the 150 mil in financing,but considering some of the expansion plans( some of which are quite ambitious) won't they need lots of extra shares and cash?How else is PJs getting stocked or growers getting signed up?Don't we pay back the money from the 150 mil.( which may not be liquid) even if we borrowed it from there?Will not the merger expose any shennanigans,is that not the point?These are not rhetorical.
The suspensions of AVNE and CANN have scared everyone, which is understandable.They owe investors an explanation for that like yesterday.Updates on PJ progress and news from KA would certainly lighten the mood around here
.No one ever said dominating the California delivery market would be easy though.
Getting Doug is spreading the word everyday via the podcast,when legalization hits hopefully the groundwork is set to be the Dharminos of delivery.
I suppose much will be revealed this coming week,the merger is due by what,the 4 th or 5th?
