Yes Doc, I find it unbelievably strange. In fact, I know that everyone involved are not idiots. They are successful and experienced. Of coarse there is some shady history, but real con men would never make these kind of mistakes.
Think about it... Even if RH is the master of puppets hiding behind the curtain... It would be insane to blow his cover now. He only has a year left. Also, if these things were done without Benz, wouldn't you expect a resignation from a guy we know is 100% legit and has a lot to lose? Your right. This looks like sabotage, or we are witnessing the greatest incompetence in history. "which is hard to believe"
And now that I think about it... I own a Florida corporation and am actively registered. All I have to do when I file is send payment. There are no security measures that I recall. I also looked online at my last filing and found a mistake that I did not make. Florida made it.
My only real problem right now are the notes. I want details on why they needed our money for that. Especially when they supposedly have 150M in financing secured. "Yea Right" I also want to know WTH Allyn is doing. I'm sure if there were any respect for the shareholders he could take 30 seconds of his time to chime in. These are the things that bother me. SKTO has BB, and PharmaJanes is a home run. Real Deal Management could turn this into a powerhouse company if they could get their act together.
They could right this ship next week with the merger announcement naming Allyn, Benz, GOMEZ!!! and some new MMJ experienced or corporate experienced LEGIT blood as officers. Followed by a real shareholder conference call spelling out with full transparency all that has been done last year, and all that is expected this year.
Full Disclosure... I did very well on both tickers, but in the last week I sold off 40% of my holdings in both tickers. I will happily reload if they can clearly explain the events of the last month.
