They love to make money by arguing over grammar and wording. That document is flawed, so there is no way it is real. Also, there is only the most vague wording about cost. Cost has been incurred, so that is impoaaible. Courts always assign cost. The timing of this is deliberate. There probably is a gag order in place, therefore the defendants are not in a position to deny this news. Please expand on how I am uninformed.
