Shares of PHOT became appreciated to a point that Sterling realized that he got out played
by Bill which was even 10 steps ahead of him as well. The 40M price tag became 200M worth
of PHOT shares deliverable at licensing approval and personally I don't think Sterling and
company seen that coming and realizes that this funding deal will instantly make FITX a much stronger entity than he anticipated. Thus putting FITX in a much better financial situation than
PHOT.
I think once again Bill made the business move of a lifetime like we all knew he would. Sam is
not the only genius here.
It's possible the deal will still go through because of the financial leverage this could give Bill
and FITX and then possible Merger situation of some fashion. When Bill spoke NASDAQ, I
think he was not talking about FITX in it's current state. I think he has one whopper of a
surprise for us after licensing. JMHO.
