I honestly don't know what the hell I'm talking about. .Just trying to wrap my brain around the whole thing.. Lol. .even if I had the papers in front of me I wouldn't be able to understand it. .lol.. Maybe the was a secondary agreement between those three party's to transfer the 25 percent to cen. .? You look at the court papers it looks like an agreement that grow life was suppose to give those three parties equity and shares. .for what then? Irregardless at current pps I can't see grow life following thru..
