Hey Husker good Sunday to you. Bill told AB he'll PR on Tuesday the new private financing details. He also commented on FB the deal was not expensive. IF Phot is out that would make the new deal even cheaper.
Not to sure what the Phot Phight is really about, Bill has a way of showing one direction only to find out he's really coming from a different direction. AB through out a couple of theories 1. Bill is trying to signal a merger. 2. Sterling stalled on the funding to force a lawsuit in order to exit the deal. Between the two I would lean toward the latter.
I can add a different scenario that seems plausible. Bill found a new and cheaper way to achieve the goal without Phot Phunding and decided to take the opportunity of Sterling stalling the funding to exploit and cancel the deal.
Whatever the answer we can safely assume Bill thinks it's better for FITX.
