OK, We all kind of brushed past the Financing from Friday with all the news about the lawsuit.
AB's interview last evening got me to thinking about this when he said we still have majority
ownership of CEN BIO after the PHOT/Private Financing. Knowing that PHOT receives 25%
of CEN BIO leaving FITX with 75%, any speculation as to the financing percentage? for us to
remain majority owners 51%+ The financing deal could be costing a possible 10-15%?
I'm basing this on the original PHOT deal valued at 40M was given 25% (We all know at current valuation this is much higher for FITX).
20M financing using the same type of deal would be 12.5%. Just curious what others might be
thinking about percentage of ownership for this financing.
