There may not be any percentage of ownership as part of the deal. There are a number of different ways, especially since it is a public company, that this deal could have come together. We need details which I'm hoping will come out soon. I believe the source of the financing should be transparent. I think investors have a right to know. In other words, shareholders have the right to know if financing is coming from a legitimate source. Am I wrong?
