Thanks for the info. Hope all goes well. I know lawyers all to well. All twists and turns. Agree! It would be corrupt for PHOT to do this. Nothing suprises me in this day and age. I know FITX will come through. I just think PHOT is trying to get the upper hand somehow. 
Has Bill addressed who the designated CEN Biotech shareholders are. I know we are all interested to know!
